Jamboree 2008 Fantasy Escape 2008 Volunteer Sign-Up Roster The Volunteer Committee is responsible for making sure that all games, inflatable's and food booths are staffed to ensure a successful Jamboree. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when signing up for a time slot: • Time slots are 2 hours long • Must be at least 18 years old for hours to count towards Holy Trinity School Service hours (School Policy) • No babysitting newborns, toddlers or young children while working a booth (Safety/Security) • You are responsible for ensuring your booth is covered if you require a break (lunch/dinner) This is Holy Trinity’s biggest fund raiser of the year of which a majority of the money goes to the school. If you sign up for a time slot, please honor your commitment to avoid potentially shutting down a booth. If you cannot meet your commitment for your reserved time slot, please make arrangements to have another parent/adult fill in or contact the Volunteers Committee, at least 1 week, prior to the Jamboree weekend. Although we are providing the number of hours worked by parents to the school, we are not responsible for tracking if each parent has met their required service hours. If you have any questions regarding mandatory service hours, please contact the school office. Please submit your shift requests by May 4th to schedule your hours or contact Jeanette Siebold at (619)440-3766. Scheduling will be done on a first come first serve basis.
